Alzheimer's Memory Cafe (by registration only)
A Memory Cafe is a wonderfully welcoming place for individuals with dementia and their care partners to relax and get to know others in a coffee shop environment.
Due to COVID-19 limitations, we must limit guests to only those who register in advance.
To register, use the form in the calendar link below and save your seats before we're all filled up!

Addictions Counselling
Dale Richardson is a qualified counsellor who provides specialized counselling for all types of addictions.
You will receive:
- one-on-one counselling
- discreet help to overcome your addictions

Community Cafe & Computer Kiosk
Join us every Tuesday from 9:00am to noon to gather with friends, talk, and surf the internet. Or just have a coffee and a snack.
Masks are not required in the cafe but physical distancing is.
Weekly, every Tuesday, 9:00am - 12:00pm
All ages welcome.

Community Services Advocacy & Resources Assistance
Whether you need help figuring out the best health care path to take, or some advice in dealing with a challenge with a health care provider, our Community Services Advocate can help you.
Call or email the Community Centre using the form within the calendar links and our Community Services and Resource Support advocate will help connect you with beneficial agencies in Windsor and Essex County and help you navigate the often confusing and winding road to healthcare.

Computer Kiosk
We offer the use of a computer to all Community Cafe members for tasks such as completing a resume or printing off documents, etc.
Free wifi available.

Counselling - Individual, Family, Couples or Group (by appointment only)
Diane O'Brien is a qualified counsellor who provides counselling for individuals, groups, couples, or families.
Diane specializes in the areas:
- of mental health
- self-esteem and assertiveness
- conflict resolution
- and addiction

Device Advice
Meet with our local device expert, Jodi Brush, for some one-on-one for personalized device help.
(first-come, first-served basis)
Located in the Cubby House.

Al-Anon Speaker Meetings:
Speaker meetings are attended by anyone interested in learning about the Al-Anon/Alateen program.
The general public and professionals are welcome to attend.
(Alateen: Alateen meetings are for youth whose lives are or were affected by the disease of alcoholism.)

Tai-Chi
Improve your fitness, balance and strength.
Join instructor, Greg Hutton, as he leads the class through various Tai Chi moves.

Yarn Social Time
Located on the lower level of the Community Centre (elevator available).
